Gonca Yağcı / London, Jan 14 () - A man from Plymouth has become the first person in Britain to be banned from riding a bike for life, after he had 48 convictions of stealing bikes.   Heroin addict John Liddicoat (47) has been also jailed three and half years and banned from a riding a bike for life in Plymoth Crown Court. According to ITV News, Liddicoat can not even go near to bikes and he also cannot have a bike unless he proves ownership   ITV News told that, Liddicoat has faces a return court if he is seen near a bike or ride a bike. He is also banned from entering Plymouth University including any school or college where the scenes of recent thefts taken place.   (Photo)
