Cengiz Çoban / İstanbul, Feb 5 () - “Women for Peace Initiative” members vowed to go to Diyarbakır in solidarity with women witnessing the conflict and curfews in the southeastern province and the region.

“We take side with peace, not death” read the banner of around 100 protesters who have gathered in central Kadıköy district in the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Women vowed to be on guard duty in the region, urging people have been “facing forced migration and curfews which call on women to take solidarity and say ‘we have no consent for this crime’. “We are heading to Diyarbakır for our peace watch” protesters said.
