Grozny, Nov 25 () - Russia’s federal Chechen Republic leader Ramzan Kadyrov urged Turkey’s shot down of Russian jet was a “betrayal”, adding “Ankara would be regretting” over the incident.
According to Russian media, Kadyrov posted a message through his social networking website, warned he had no doubt that Turkey would be sorry for a long while after the incident.
Those who speak of friendship and cooperation do not act this traitorously, he said in his message. The whole Chechen community will be standing behind Russian President Vladimir Putin and himself, said Kadyrov.
“It is my duty to announce that I and the Chechen Republic and community, we will follow the orders of Russian President, no matter how complicated they are” he stressed.
