Levent Yenigün / Antalya, Aug 10 () - In Kemer district of southern resort province of Antalya, baby caretta carettas or loggerhead turtles enchanted visitors at the Çıralı beach, when they left their nests and came together with Mediterranean waters.

Çıralı Beach is also known as the nesting ground of endangered caretta carettas, where campers and day-trip tourists are warned to cause serious threat to those little creatures that are under protection.

UluPinar Environmental Protection, Development and Operation Cooperative and other volunteers have been dealing with this threat for a long time. But the visitors couldn’t prevent themselves from approaching the baby caretta carettas and watching them while they were trying to reach the sea after having left their nests, in the early hours.

While some tourists, fresh-eyed, took pictures of this magical moment with their cameras and mobiles, some of them attempted to help the baby turtles to reach the sea.
